We are adding bonus AD ratios to Teemo's E to open up itemization options for auto-attack builds featuring hybrid items like rageblade and the reworked Statikk Shiv.
Teemo has been struggling in the jungle ever since season start. We're giving him some more clear speed to help him do his job as the Swift Scout.
Shiv is ahead of the pack on Teemo. By hitting his Toxic Shot AD ratio, we're confident Teemo with Shiv can land in a good spot without forcing other builds to rely on it. Additionally, hits to his scaling durability should preserve his lane bully identity, while increasing your chance of getting the jump on him!
